I have an old computer with Windows XP and Internet Explorer. I cannot download the Firefox browser have tried many times so was wondering if I could buy it on a CD.

Explorer times me out and it is so slow it would take days to download anyway.

Sorry, the Mozilla Store hasn't sold Firefox on a CD in a few years now. Couldn't you have a friend download Firefox for you, and either burn it to a CDR or copy it to a USB stick?
