I have always been able to print a web page, for instance data about something I'm ordering from a web site. With the page up on a particular item, I click on file then print, and it prints. Now (started after I installed the latest version of Firefox), when I try to print, asking me to "save as", then it treats it as a download.

{Ctrl + P} or File > Print

1. Is your Printer selected, in the Printer > Name box at the top of that dialog window?

2. Is Print to File selected, just below the middle-right of that window?

Thank you so much! No, the name of my printer was not listed - it had somehow gotten changed to "xps document viewer", which I had not noticed, and also have never seen or heard of before. But after I made sure my printer was selected, it is working great. Again thank you so much.
