when navagating away from a page, a message pops up that says" are you sure you want to navagate away from this page?, How do i keep that from poping up each time?

This issue can be caused by Facebook gadgets.

You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.

If you added or updated gadgets recently then start with those.
