Welcome page keeps loading when mozilla launches. How do I fix it?

Mozilla upgraded to 3.6 and now when it launches it will only launch to the the welcome page thanking me for upgrading. I didn't ask it to upgrade it did it automatically. I go in and set my home page and it will not keep it. I relaunch and it comes up again to the welcome page.

What do I do to fix this?

Can you try Firefox in Safe Mode. Click Start Menu > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).

I started up in safe mode and check all the boxes and selected restart and now it is working. Thanks!
