After downloading update to firefox 4- Now when I click on my e mail shortcut on my desktop I get a box with a warning that says" there was a problem sending the command to the program". The same thing happens when I open the shortcut for Google. the rest of the shortcut icon work fine (internet explorer, e bay.

This can be a problem with DDE.
