Under "Tools" on your Firefox browser, select Add-Ons. On the Add-Ons page, select the Extensions tab. Scroll through the list until you find the Yahoo toolbar add-on. Disable, and then remove the add-on. I've had no problems since I did this earlier this evening. Easy fix!
