YOU NEED DETAILS? HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE PLAINER? Please give me back the previous version of FF which never gave me anything like this kind of trouble.

This is very poor quality work--volunteers often produce these sorts of problems.

Actually details are VERY important, here. I can update all my sites, on various platforms, as my clients don't use the same hosting providers.

What you'd need to get help with this:

  • What hosting provider you use
  • What error(s) you are getting
  • At which point those errors are seen
  • What add-ons you are running in FF
  • Does the error occur when running FF in safe mode?
  • Have you cleared your internet history, temp internet files and/or cookies?

More info may be necessary, depending on the answers. So no, don't get all angry that Mozilla is asking for details. Just because it worked in 3.6 for you, and not in 4.0 doesn't mean that's the only variable that has changed.

Unfortunately you all have ignored my request--give me back FF 3.6. I consulted with my ISP and was told that there are several browsers better than FF.

Remember that just because the workers are laboring for free doesn't give them an excuse to mess up.
