I've got a spyware embedded in Firefox, how do I get rid of it?

only when I use Firefox, when I go to my online banking site, right after the log-in window, a pop up widow asks me for all my personal info including credit card info. I checked with the bank and they told me I've got spyware.

I've used all kinds of removal software but it doesn't find it.

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
