I want to use "Rich Text" and the corresponding tool bar, but can't, or don't know how...If it is not possible with Firefox, I'll return to Internet Explorer even though it has too many security issues.

I want to use "Rich Text" and the corresponding tool bar, but can't, or don't know how to set it up to use it....If it is not possible with Firefox, I'll return to Internet Explorer even though it has too many security issues. My gmail and juno e-mail accounts allow the use of Rich Text in Internet Explorer, but apparently not with Firefox. I need Rich Text in my communication with clients and customers. By the way, I do NOT have a doctoral degree in computer science. Therefore, I need an easy to understand fix for my problem with Firefox...

Hi,

The Rich Text features are part of the web site/email site. You may have to activate it by using the site features/options. Once enabled, usually Firefox will display all the features of a site. In Gmail, you can toggle the options between Plain Text and Rich formatting in the compose new mail window.
