I cannot see my add on toolbar

I have a number of add-ons but, despite following the instructions re the toolbar carefully the add-on toolbar is never visible.

When I right click the top bar, and select the add-on bar then click on the add-on bar option, nothing happens. I have tried DE-selecting then selecting it again, but it makes no difference

I have restarted Firefox twice now but no difference

It is possible that the screen is too high and that the scroll bar and the find bar and add-on bar fall off at the bottom.

Open the system menu of that Firefox window via Alt+Space and see if you can move and resize that window (use the keyboard cursor keys).
If that works then first close all other open Firefox windows and then close Firefox via "File > Exit/Quit" to save that setting.
