After following the steps found here(http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help) with no luck. The crash doesn't occur when I open in Safe Mode. The crash will occur sporadicly - sometimes after a few hours, sometimes when the computer isn't being used (Itend to leave my machine running 24/7, and have come home/woke up to find Firefox has crashed when not being used).

That is a crash report from Firefox 9.0.1 with the Flash plugin.

Are you sure that the report is from the current Firefox version that you use and not an old one from the past (check the file date)?

If you installed an older Firefox version then please update to the current release.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

The crash report I submitted is dated 2012-09-23 23:54:07. I am running Firefox version 15.0.1. I've already tried to disable the hardware acceleration, but the crashes still occur.

If it does work in Firefox Safe-mode then disable all extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.

Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
  • downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3

It just crashed again, after I disabled ALL extensions & add-ons. So my next step will be to uninstall then reinstall Firefox. But before I do that, how do I save/copy/move my history & bookmarks so that I don't lose them when I uninstall???

And as found in my "Troubleshooting Information", I am running version 15.0.1:

Here's what I've tried so far:

I COMPLETELY uninstalled Firefox, including my personal data, restarted my computer, then reinstalled FF 15.0.1 (after doing the same but keeping my personal data, only to have it still crash). Well this didn't work as Firefox still crashed. I had no extensions or add-ons added, let alone enabled.
