Hi there,

Do you see the little blue arrow in the toolbar after you clicked Save? This article explains how it looks like and how you can access your complete download history: Where to find and manage downloaded files in Firefox

In that window, you should be able to see both the downloads in progress and any previously completed downloads. If you see nothing in this window, that could be an indication that there is a problem with the local data of your copy of Firefox. What you need to do then is to reset Firefox to fix the issue: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings. This will restore a lot of settings in Firefox to the default, but it will keep your most important data, such as your bookmarks, history and passwords. Resetting Firefox is a bit like killing a fly with a sledge hammer, but on the other hand, it's very quick and convenient, which is why I'm recommending it the previous instructions above didn't work.

Please let me know if this solves the problem so I can tick this off of my todo list - or please let me know if you need more help and I'll get on this again to sort it out for you!

Thanks, David
