How do I stop the history scrollbar from jumping back to the top whenever I choose a site from my history?

I have my history on the left side of my browser. If I scroll down and then click a site from history, the scroll bar jumps up to the top. It never did this in the past. How do I stop it from doing so?

Are you sorting that history by last visited?

If that is the case then try one of the others that group the history (View button).

Try safe mode and disabling all plugins.

If that fails try the Firefox reset but read the article first, and you may wish to bookmark any open tabs that are important, and your add-ons homesites
