Hello,

I have the latest version of Firefox Beta 23.0 Beta 8. I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.03. I can no longer capture the web pages I'm on to a PDF. I never used the Print Pages to PDF, and I don't want to use it. Is there any way I can have Adobe Acrobat XI capture my web pages to PDF before I updated to the latest Beta version of Firefox. Below should show you my set up.
Lastly, I was able to install the Facebook "Servies", does anyone know if there are services for Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube?

Thank You. David

Hmm are you running the new builtin PDF viewer (pdf.js) Maybe these articles can help.

This is not applicable to my situation. I cannot use Adobe Acrobat to interface with FF so it doesn't appear on any tool bars. I did a FRESH install of FF Release Candidate and create a new user, with the same problem, Thank You. David

Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues (does more than reinstalling) by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

I tried doing a rest, but there was no reset button in about:support. So I created a new profile, started out fresh, and it seems to be working now. What I mean is that there is an Adobe Acrobat icon on the upper right hand corner of the toolbar (right next to the Home button). I'm going to attempt to put some of my addons back and see which one is giving me the problems. I will report back when I'm complete, which could be a couple of days. Thank You for your help! :)
