After installing a SSL cert in cPanel all FireFox will show is [Secure Connection Failed] and the error result below!

The OCSP Server Has No Status For The Certificate Error code: (sec_error_ocsp_unknown_cert)

While IE8 has no such issues and says the SSL cert is working just fine?

Thanks.

Make sure that you send all required intermediate certificates. Otherwise it only works if Firefox has stored the intermediate certificate from a previous visit to a web server that has send it.

You can check the OCSP setting:

Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > Validation:

[X] "Use the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) to confirm the current validity of certificates" (security.OCSP.enabled)

[ ] "When an OCSP server connection fails, treat the certificate as invalid" (security.OCSP.require)

Please report back if this helped ! Thanks
