After saving zoom to desired level, it will work for a time, then mysteriously revert to the smaller size, regardless of whether I have navigated to another page. This will sometimes be followed by the size being restored to the desired, and saved, size.

You can rename the content-prefs.sqlite file to content-prefs.sqlite.old (or delete the file) in the Firefox profile folder to reset the page zoom for all websites.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
