I Want To Uninstall It Using These Instructions I Received From "Roboform" A Log In & Password Remembering Program. Ivan From Roboform Support Said This; Ivan replied (2013/12/28 10:19 am EST): Thank you for your message. Due to a number of reasons your browser profile may become damaged and corrupted. Symptoms: old RoboForm adapter cannot be uninstalled, skins are corrupted, etc. The only way to fix a problem is to do a complete reinstall of Firefox and Mozilla:

  • Do a backup of your Firefox Bookmarks and other personal data (Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks -> Import and Backup). ***Any previously saved Firefox data will be lost if a back up is not completed.***
  • Close all Firefox and Mozilla windows and its taskbar icon.
  • Uninstall Firefox from "Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs".
  • Uninstall Mozilla from "Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs".

I Did Everything As He Asked, But When I Go To Add Remove Programs & Go To Uninstall "Mozilla Firefox 23.0.1 (x86 en-US), I Have To Right Click On It & Then Select Uninstall & I Then Get This As A Reply; Please Wait until the current program is finished uninstalling, (Which It Isn't) or being changed.

If The Add Remove Programs Won't Let Me Delete Mozilla Firefox, How Else Can I Perform This Function?

Sometimes when FF is closing, not all of it shuts down properly. On Windows, start the Task Manager (Other systems may have different names). Select Applications (list of what user programs are running). If you see Firefox listed, try to shut it down normally. If it does not shut down, then on the Task Manager right click FF, and select End Task. However, if FF still does not shut down, or FF is not listed as running; on the Task Manager, select Processes. Look down the list for Firefox. Right click and select End Task. If this problem keeps coming up, ask for more help.
