I try to log in using my email address and password but I'm told they are invalid. I try to register and it tells me my email address is already in use. I ask for my password to be sent to me and I'm told it is sent but it NEVER arrives! It is NOT in my SPAM folder, it is NOT in my Inbox, it seems like Mozilla is just lying about sending it!

Hi Romad,

I'm sorry that you are experiencing difficulties to reset your password to access to the add-on site.

The team is aware that some users are having issues receiving the email and they are working on fixing that as we speak.

You can follow the work that is being done in the following link: Password reset emails never sent

Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the info. It looks like kmag in post #14 of that link has identified the problem. Another thing is that the getpersonnas page did not require the complete email address but just the user name, whereas the add-ons page requires a complete email address.
