I recently upgraded to Firefox 32, and really like the new nav buttons on the context menu. However, sometime today, the forward and back arrows stopped showing up on the context menu for all pages. Now the top of the context menu just has the reload and bookmark icons. How do I bring back the navigation arrows?

Did you try to close and restart Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
