Try doing a clean install of Firefox 31.2.0 ESR. Make sure that you delete the Firefox program files folder before reinstalling.

A previous report of that type crash mentioned a file that "hung around" after uninstalling Firefox. Subsequent examination of that file by a Firefox support person found that the file was corrupted with partial un-compiled source code. Very strange ....
