You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

In Firefox 35 you can toggle this pref to true on the about:config page to disable protected mode in the Shockwave Flash plugin.

Blue screen crashes nearly always involve an incompatibility with low level system software, usually video/display driver software, but occasionally audio driver software.
As mentioned in cor-el's post, but you can bypass the display driver software by disabling both Firefox and the Flash plugin from using hardware acceleration. I'm not sure there is a way to bypass audio driver software. Hopefully it won't come to that...
