Hello,

I have a strange problem with Flash animated buttons on my toolbar. When you visit my sites, which are:

www.thirddcahistoricalsociety.org

and

www.cesaranolaw.com

About 60% of the time the toolbar does not load. But if you scroll down and then back up, it's there 100% of the time. If you just do a page refresh it sometimes comes up, sometimes doesn't. And if if has come up, you need only click between the various toolbar buttons (home, about us, etc.) and in about 10 seconds you will be able to recreate this problem.

Thing is...my webpages DO NOT have this problem through Chrome...this is strictly a Firefox problem. Any suggestions?

Screen shots of the webpage with and without the toolbar are attached, but again, this a re-creatable problem so they should not be necessary.

Thanks in Advance,

Patrick

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
