I have two users on my e-mail account: Mine: bls04@bellsouth.net and the other is: hks25@bellsouth.net. We had not been able to send e-mail under the hks25 account and in trying to correct this - I now cannot send messages from either account and a message comes up enter password for hks24@bellsouth.net. NOTE: the 24 instead of 25. I do not know where this comes from or how to delete it, nor why have never been able to send messages from the hks25 account.

All outgoing servers are listed in that entry. So I suggest you have another look and perhaps explain how pointing to the location of the the outgoing servers. Did not work.

My correct users are ok. The user that shows up when I try to send an e-mail does not exist. I cannot locate that user name anywhere.
