My computer when purchased had a McAfee program that has since expired. I do not wish to get another subscription, but it has blocked my Mozilla Firefox and I can't undo it in the settings because it's outdated....can't access the firewall settings. How do I get my Mozilla back????

Hi, have you tried uninstalling the McAfee program from your computer? Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Hello, try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that allows to start firefox.

If you decide to uninstall McAfee program and Scribe's above method does not work, probably you be able to do that in Windows Safe Mode with network support, as mentioned in previous paragraph.

thank you
