I was advised to reinstall Firefox, but after doing that and reinstalling Yahoo Toolbar, the toolbar won't open. I've tried reinstalling, and "Enabled" is marked on my Add-ons. Can anyone help? Yes, I have an "Old Firefox Files" file on my desktop.

Is the version of the toolbar you're using compatible with the version of Firefox you installed?

Could you take a screenshot of the add-ons view with the toolbar? Firefox doesn't display a notice if a plugin is enabled, AFAIK. The only text it does add is "(disabled)" after the name of disabled Extensions and Plugins. What you may be seeing is the [Enable] button, which would mean the add-on is actually disabled, and you need to click [Enable] to activate it.
