How to copy a set of inbox messages to local folder (I have no message menue in the header)?)

more options

In my present installation 2015, I have only one menue row below Inbox: Get messages, Write, Chat, Address book, etc. In previous installations I had another menue row below Inbox but above Get messages.... containing File, Edit, View, Go, Messages, Tools, Help. I used the Messages functions to copy marked messages from Inbox to Local folders. How do I include the File, Edit, View, Go, Messages, Tools, Help menue line or get access to the Messages functions.
