My laptop 2012 Sager with Windows 7 home premium edition. I am no longer able to connect to the internet with this laptop and I want to try and save/recover my Firefox bookmarks.. I sign up for sync today, but I don't know it that was too late to be of any good. I am going to do a clean install of Windows(to try and fix the connectivity issue) and wanted to try save my bookmarks before the drive is wiped. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. DLo

A full wipe to fix internet connectivity issues seems a bit extreme, but if you decide to do that, read Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. Firefox sync is NOT a backup system so you should make an actual backup using the directions above.
