When I select SEND TO MAIL RECIPIENT from windows file explorer menu, there is text automatically inserted into the outgoing email that reads:

"Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments: Inv12177 LKR 3 Hires Note: To protect against computer viruses, email programs may prevent you from sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your email security settings to determine how attachments are handled."

I see that same text in messages sent to me by colleagues using Outlook, so I'd assume it is inserted by Windows and not by Thunderbird. I'd suggest you search the registry.
