AOL Software ceased yesrerday. I'm now using Firefox to access e.mails. Everything OK except I can't do bcc from Groups listed in my Contacts List. Names appear in send to box, nor the bcc box. I seem only to be able to type them in individually which is time consuming

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Please seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
