I have an Android phone, Alcatel Fierce XL. Somehow this morning I apparently pocket called the language Turkish into my AccuWeather which is an app that is part of my phone's operating system. At the bottom of that page the tiny Google translate icon showed up with the words Turkish and English which I ignorantly ignored. I closed the window, then opened it again and upon seeing that Google translate at the bottom of the page I clicked on English but that didn't help. I did a Google search for how to change it and that took me to a webpage in AccuWeather. That enabled me to change it to English but only in that browser window, not in the app that is built into my phone.
