I don't know why, but firefox isn't using the full bandwidth of my internet. I have firefox quantum 58.0.2 and my internet speed can reach 1.5MB/s but firefox is only using 300 KB/s max in some websites and 100KB/s max if i'm downloading something. Can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
