Sound out of sync with video

Hello. Title pretty much says it all. Video gets behind the sound on every platform I tried (Twitch, YT, Facebook). It starts slowly then the gap grows (like the sound is faster..?) Currently using Windows 8.1 Haven't found any solutions online Cables are all connected well, Happens both on speakers and earphones.
