That is the list of toolbars for the main window. If you want to turn items on in a Write window I suggest you try again in a Write window.

The Send button is on the Composition Toolbar in a Write window. Sounds like you are missing the toolbar. Toolbars are turned on and off from the View menu on the Menu bar. If your Menu bar is missing also press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the Menu Bar and the Composition Toolbar back on

Thanks, but that is not it. My 'view' -> 'toolbar' -> list of toolbars to turn on or off. The list is: menu bar; mail toolbar; folder pane toolbar; quick filter bar; status bar; customize...; There is no 'Composition toolbar' option. All other toolbars are turned on. Ideas??

That was it. You clearly said above to click the 'alt' button to find the view bar, then the 'toolbars' then turn on the 'composition bar.' I however did not do that from the 'write' window. I thank you for reminding me to do that from the write window. Thanks.
