Mails löschen funktioniert nicht
in einem Mail Account in Thunderbird ist der Ordner Papierkorb grau und Kursiv geschrieben und keine Mail kann gelöscht werden. Mehrere Lösungsversuche wie msf-Dateien löschen, Ordner Papierkorb reparieren oder auch löschen und neu erstellen lassen und mehrmalige komplette Neuinstallation bringen keinen Erfolg.
in einem zweiten Mail Account ist ein anderer Ordner grau und Kursiv... auch keine der o.g. Aktionen bringen etwas
Was kann ich noch tun?

The grey italic folders are 'noselect' folders. Who is the mail provider? You may get some tips from this discussion:

With gmail accounts, you might prefer the display by setting the IMAP server directory to [Gmail] in Tools/Account Settings, Server Settings/Advanced. With gmail accounts, the recommended setting in Server Settings for 'When I delete a message' is 'Just mark it as deleted'. That may also apply to your company account. But consider also the options mentioned in my first reply.
