When viewing emails using outlook.live.com, images from some senders will load but other senders just show an image placeholder.

No problem loading images when using Chrome or Internet Explorer.

All the problem senders are added to my Outlook Safe Senders List.

Why are images blocked from some senders but not others?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Content Blocking. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature:

Safe Mode does allow all images to load, so apparently I must Allow All Trackers if I want to see images with my email when using Firefox.
