My program is still working in incredimail but the server is gone so I changed to Imap.comcast.net as the incoming at 993 which is the same as thunderbird and the out going server smtp is 465 same as thunderbird so what has happened is all the mail still comes into Incredimail and also Thunderbird which is synced. Is it possible to disable Thunderbird and still get my email in incredimail? I loved the program and I had the paid version with everything so I am very upset and still would like to use incredimail program with out thier server and me being a firefox person for many years. can you help me.

There is no point in continuing to use a discontinued and abandoned program, even if you can still get some functionality out of it. Sooner or later you will start having issues that no one is available or willing to help you with. Change can be difficult, but is necessary. The sooner you migrate to an alternative desktop client the sooner you can get accustomed to it and settle in.

Just don't start Thunderbird. You could uninstall it, but simply not loading it will make it like it des not exist. Then when incredimail does die a horrible and painful death your Thunderbird will already be setup and ready to go.
