Blocked from site in Firefox, but not on MS Edge

Whenever I try to logon to a specific financial institution in Firefox I am taken directly to a "password change required" page even though I have a valid password already setup. In MS Edge, however, I have no such issue -- I get right in and can do my online business with them. I'm not using "Private Window" for this attempted logon.

Have you tried Firefox in safe mode. I would also play with the cookie settings, you may be blocking something.

I didn't start in safe mode, but I did allow the financial site's URL in the cookie settings which seemed to work, for which I thank you. Whether this continues to work remains to be seen if cookies get cleaned out. Not sure if there's an ability to save important cookies when the crap is weeded out. We'll see.
