Please Help! Why am I all of a sudden getting this error message? I have been using Firefox for years and Gmail.

Do you really want to use HTML Gmail?

You're about to use a version of Gmail designed for slower connections and legacy browsers. To get all of Gmail's features, including inbox categories, images and quick actions, please use the latest version of Gmail (recommended).

Hi Eva, if you click "Take me to the latest Gmail" does it work normally?

Assuming so...

As long as Gmail is normal when you hit your Inbox directly -- for example

https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox

-- then I don't think there is anything wrong except perhaps an old address. What I mean is:

It's possible that an old bookmark, home page address, or pinned tab address has a parameter on the URL that is triggering the message you received. You may want to update that URL to a more current one that works smoothly.
