Hi my name is Jackie. When looking at my emails earlier I was greeted with a message saying I must follow some steps to secure my gmx account. Upon signing in and trying to move on to the next step, I am only presented with a view of split-screen football matches and a loading symbol that goes on forever.

I have been in touch with gmx who kindly sent me a link so that I can report the issue. However on tapping the link I find the football matches and loading symbol again.

It was fine when I used it yesterday, I use it everyday but it has me very bewildered.

I don't think that the loading split-screen football matches are all there is to it, (or even anything to do with it at all), or are they? I am now extremely concerned and wondering whether I will lose access to my account.

Can anyone help? Jackie

Hi

This doe snot sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but is something that the GMX support team should be able to help you with.
