I cannot add a secondary email or change my primary email without a code but my primary email was deleted by the company after my free trial ended.

I’m still logged into my account on the app but I had to delete and reinstall the desktop version because FireFox glitched and wouldn’t open.

I don’t know if the photo of the company saying my email no longer exists when I try to log in shows up, doing all of this on my phone.

I'll retype my question because my phone messed up the format of the original post for some reason.


Can Firefox change the primary email associated with my account? Because my original one no longer exists, it was deleted by the Mailbox company. The login page now says this

"The confirmation email we sent to jacqulinegarrick@mailbox.org was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data."

It's being returned because the email account is deleted. I'm still logged into my account with the Firefox app. I need help getting into my account on the desktop version because there is no longer a active email account associated with it.

You will have to create a new account when you no longer have access to the primary email address and also do not have a confirmed secondary email address.
