Local folders missing in Thunderbird after moving from old PC (Win 10) to new PC (Win 11)

On old PC (Win 10, 64 bit, running Thunderb 32 bit) I created zipped copy of the entire Thunderbird folder in AppData/Roaming. I stored that backup on a sticky. On new PC(Win 11, 64 bit) I downloaded the latest Thunderb 64 bit version (could not find a 32 bit version that works with Win 11). Then installed the backup Thunderbird folder in AppData. When I opened Thunderbird, I get message "A newer version of Thunderbird may have made changes ...), and it tells me to set up a new profile. I did that, and a lot of the Thunderbird emails loaded properly. But Local (sub)folders are missing. Any suggestions?

If you set up a new profile, it would not have local folders that were on old profile. I suggest you use File Explorer to see if they are on the zipped backup. If you had made the backup while Thunderbird was running, some files may not have been copied.
