I have multiple computers running thunderbird and receive email from the same accounts. After recently adding a new machine I've noticed that many emails are being sent to junk that seem to have been trained out of the other machines. It is often not convenient to go to the new machine to set "not junk" on a particular email. Is there any tool for synchronizing adaptive filters across multiple computers?

There is not. But you could copy the file training.dat from one profile to another. While Thunderbird is not running of course.
