Thunderbird was automatically updated from 91.13.0 to 102.2.2 on 09-14-2022. Since the update I'm unable to print email 2-sheets per page. Preview shows it correctly but when printed it is shifted to right with large left margin, cuts off first 4-5 characters along left side of printed email and only fills a portion of the page. There is no problem printing 2-sheets per page from Word, PDF or browser.

Have you checked the paper size? That sounds like the classic A4 letter paper size issue.

Is the printer displayed in the print window actually correct as to type and model number. I have issues with a several HP printers I have installed. Minor differences mean if I specify the wrong one the layout changes from what I see to what I get on paper.

I had a similar problem, but only when in conversation mode. I solved the issue by opening the email message I wanted to be printed and selecting the "view using the classic reader" option. Click on the three vertical dots top right of the open message to choose the option. I was able to print.
