There is no phone support. None, so I will remove you phone number from this public forum.

The error message is very clear. Google says you signin in not valid, so wither your password or user name are not correct, or you are not using the oAuth2.0 authentication method in your account settings.

The first thing to do is follow this link and ensure that getting mail is actually enabled in Gmail. Sometime it gets turned off as it is not a default when folk go through one of those security checks google push out.

The second step is to disable any email scanning in your antivirus product and they can cause all sorts of issues with authentication for mail, as can VPN's. They have grown in popularity in recent years and offer questionable obscurity. Unfortunately their very process of hiding where you are falls over any number of protection tools with provider who know where you access the internet from usually, like Google, Facebook etc.

Next is to look in account settings and post your account settings for connecting to the gmail server. If you connection setting include normal password then change that to oauth before making any further posts and try again.
