MOzilla is crashing

more options

3 times in the last 24 hours my desktop computer has crashed when on Mozilla. I run Mozilla and Chrome at the same time, but this has never happened when on Chrome. But many things run better on Mozilla so use it frequently. There is no common site I've been on. Also, once restarted, sites that automatically logged in now require a password. And some sites I can no longer access. It's run worse since a recent automatic update by Mozilla. Ideas?

If there's a crash in Firefox, it shouldn't crash Windows completely. That's not normal. Could you test in Troubleshoot Mode? See: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

As a side note, your Firefox identified itself in a nonstandard way -- this part on the end is not normal:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0 Config/91.2.2520.17

That might be caused by Avast/AVG AntiTrack or ESET AntiTrack.
