when downloading adobe flashplayer it won't install and tells me its because its "not a valid install package" 207

i can get through all the steps of downloading adobe flashplayer no probem but at the end won't install and say its because

"not a valid install package" -207

Try using the Adobe Flash installer from here: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flash.../install_flash_player.exe
