I have a Finger Print Reader on my Laptop and when I go to a logon screen it says this is not a logon screen and will not allow me to use my Finger Print Reader to logon. When I use IE it works fine.

Obtain updated drivers for that fingerprint reader at your laptop's support page or the driver's download page.

The driver I have is the most recent version. This is a Firefox problem....fix it! It works perfectly on Internet Explorer and worked on Firefox before the last update so it's your problem.

I had HP Support reload my Fingerprint software. There were no updates by the way. Same result, Firefox does not recognize this function while IE does.
