I am working with a vendor to deploy an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). There is a functionality that once a user tries to manually create a new resume the system checks for duplicates. If a duplicate is found a pop-up should open indicating which duplicate record have been found. This functionality is working fine on Firefox on a Windows platform but will not work on Firefox on a Linux platform. The vendor can not seem to figure out why this is happening. Any one have any ideas so that I might be able to point their development team in the right direction?

Any errors in the Tools > Error Console that give a clue what is wrong?

A good place to ask questions and advice about web development is at the mozillaZine Web Development/Standards Evangelism forum.

The helpers at that forum are more knowledgeable about web development issues.

You need to register at the mozillaZine forum site in order to post at that forum.

See http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=25

You need to post a link to the website or post relevant parts of the code.
