In the past, a cookie option was "ask me" whenever a cookie was requested from a non-listed site. Where is this option now?

An old cookie option was to allow user choice for each site that requests to set a cookie. User had the choice of yes, no, always or never for each site. I can no longer find a place to set that option. Does it still exist?
