I received the auto update message yesterday to "upgrade" to version 4. I did so ... the FireFox icon had circle with a diagonal line thru it. I tried to drag it onto my app folder and it said a newer version is already there, do you want to replace it ?

So I did. What a mistake that was. Lost all my bookmarks. How do I re-install the previous version ?

For older Macs that aren't supported in Firefox 4.0, try TenFourFox for PowerPC's running Mac 10.4.11 & 10.5.8 .
